Post-hypnotic suggestion

A Post-hypnotic suggestion is a behavior or thinking pattern that presumably will manifest after a subject has come out of the so-called "hypnotic state" (see hypnosis).

According to a psychologist at the University of New South Wales:

• Hypnosis and posthypnotic suggestion are useful techniques for some problems, for some people, some of the time. [1]
